The Mastercard Foundation EdTech Fellowship is a selective growth partnership for EdTech ventures already working in the Ugandan context and ready to strengthen scale, sustainability, and learning impact.
EdTech ventures that are locally founded and locally led, operating at growth stage, with a working product and evidence of traction serving learners in Uganda. Priority is given to ventures serving underserved communities.
Fellows receive catalytic funding, structured curriculum, one-on-one mentorship, partnership support, learning science guidance, and investor readiness advisory.
The fellowship is structured in two phases: Design for Inclusion and Acceleration for Responsible Scale. The total duration varies by cohort.
